- Create and manage your account and unique Member / Shopie / Wholesaler IDs;
- Enforce ID limits per PAN and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
- Verify identity through KYC review and meet statutory obligations;
- Calculate and credit income, maintain your network structure, and process orders;
- Process payouts, withdrawals, TDS and statutory deductions;
- Operate Shopie scan, recharge and reward-point services;
- Send service notifications, payout alerts and important policy updates;
- Detect, investigate and prevent fraud and abuse;
- Comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary:
- Within your network: limited profile details (name, ID, rank) are visible to your sponsor and team reports;
- Payment processors: banks and gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments and withdrawals;
- Verification partners: for PAN / Aadhaar / bank account validation;
- Authorities: tax authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement where legally required (including TDS reporting);
