1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Shopie", "Wholesaler", "User", "you") and BRIGHTB Core Services Private Limited ("BRIGHTB", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with Corporate Identity Number U70200PN2026PTC252816, having its registered office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
By accessing brightbhilife.com, registering an account, or using any part of the platform (including the member dashboard and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India.
- You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must complete KYC verification (PAN and Aadhaar) before accessing payouts.
- Registration with false, incomplete or misleading information will lead to immediate termination.
3. Account Types & ID Rules
3.1 Member Accounts
- One person may hold a maximum of 3 Member IDs under one name / PAN.
- The 1st ID is free; the 2nd ID costs ₹1,000; the 3rd ID costs ₹5,000.
- Paid IDs carry additional terms, including an income contribution deduction on payouts.
3.2 Shopie Accounts
- One person may hold a maximum of 10 Shopie IDs under one name / PAN.
- The 1st ID is free; the 2nd and 3rd IDs cost ₹1,000 each; the 4th–10th IDs cost ₹5,000 each.
- Shopies operate a declared "Service Power" reward percentage (0.5%–6%) tied to their registered business category (A–E).
- Shopies receive a unique QR code to distribute customer reward points. Misuse of scan, recharge or Service Power features is grounds for suspension.
3.3 Wholesaler Accounts
- Wholesaler registration is free and available as seller or buyer.
- Wholesalers must submit the required business documents for verification before trading.
- Wholesale accounts do not participate in the network structure.
3.4 Activation Status
- Free IDs are active immediately upon registration.
- ₹1,000 IDs become active upon successful payment confirmation.
- ₹5,000 IDs may be activated as half-active upon payment of ₹1,000, and become fully active upon payment of the remaining balance. Half-active IDs have limited benefits.
- Active IDs display in green; inactive IDs display in red within the dashboard.
4. KYC & Identity Verification
All users must complete KYC with a valid PAN card and Aadhaar number. KYC documents are reviewed by our verification team. The Company reserves the right to:
- Reject incomplete, illegible or mismatched documents;
- Suspend accounts pending verification;
- Withhold payouts until KYC is approved;
- Report suspected fraudulent documents to the appropriate authorities.
Your PAN determines your ID eligibility and limits. One PAN may hold up to 3 Member IDs or up to 10 Shopie IDs.
5. Income Plan & Earnings Disclaimer
The platform offers multiple income streams — including referral income, network income, growth income (on matched business volume), repurchase income, royalty income and milestone rewards — as described on our Business Plan page.
- Products carry Business Volume (BV); 20 BV converts to 1 Point Value (PV).
- Income rates, capping and eligibility rules are configured in the platform and published on the Business Plan page.
- The Company may revise the income plan with reasonable notice published on the platform.
- Ranks (Associate through Blue Diamond) are awarded automatically based on cumulative lifetime income.
6. Payouts, Withdrawals & Deductions
- Member payouts are processed on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of each month.
- Shopie payouts are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹1,000, paid to your registered bank account.
- Every payout is subject to applicable deductions, which may include TDS (2%), service tax (5%), other charges (2%), Fighter Tech fund (10%), reward accumulation, high-payout levy (10% on payouts above ₹1,00,000) and paid-ID contribution (5%), as itemised on each payout slip.
- Statutory deductions (including TDS under the Income-tax Act, 1961) are deposited with the authorities as required by law.
- Accounts with monthly income of ₹1,000 or more are subject to compulsory annual renewal as per platform policy.
- Payouts of ₹1,00,000 or more require acceptance of an additional responsibility declaration before withdrawal.
7. Community Funds & Rewards
The platform operates community wallets — including BrightB Vibrant, BrightB World Fund, BrightB Careb and BrightB Golden Kalash — funded through defined deductions and company contributions. Distributions (including the annual Golden Kalash bonus and Royalty Pro) are made at the Company's discretion according to published eligibility rules.
8. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or exceed the permitted ID limits;
- Manipulate the scan, recharge or reward-point systems;
- Make false income claims or misrepresent the business opportunity;
- Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
- Spam, harass or deceive other members or customers;
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt platform security;
- Sell or transfer your account to another person without written consent.
Violation of this code may result in warnings, rank demotion, income withholding, suspension or permanent termination, at the Company's sole discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and platform — including the BRIGHTB and BrightBhiLife names, logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is the property of BRIGHTB Core Services Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay), messaging providers and cloud infrastructure. Your use of such services is additionally governed by their respective terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party outages or errors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of income, profits or data — arising from your use of the platform. The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to the Company in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or are under investigation. Upon termination, unused wallet balances will be settled as per policy after applicable deductions, provided the closure is not due to fraud.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
